How We Operate

All appointments are considered a “Spa Day” which means you drop off in the morning by 9:30 and pick up in the afternoon. When you schedule an appointment you are essentially reserving a spot for that day. This is helpful for pet parents that work outside of the home and can’t pick up until after work. This is also great for pet parents that have a busy day and need more flexibility with pick up times. 

We completely understand if our set up is not for you. In those cases we recommend a salon that grooms straight through (like a hairdresser) or a mobile groomer. 

Helpful Info

• If you need a specific pick up time let us know when you make the appointment or when you drop off so we can plan ahead. Otherwise we will let you know as soon as they are ready to go! 
• Your fur baby is not in a kennel all day. They are done in stages and get breaks in between each stage.
• You may bring treats and or food.
• We do give potty breaks
• Some breeds and coat types take longer to dry and/or groom than others. We don’t like to rush as this can be stressful for your fur baby.
• We’re happy to make special accommodations when needed. We understand that this isn’t a “one size fits all” kind of business. Some babies may be nervous and need extra TLC while other babies are perfectly content.
• We absolutely love what we do! Your babies safety and well being is our top priority. Mistreatment of any kind, including de-matting, is not tolerated. Every dog is treated like our own.
